Refund policy

Refunds - Due to the nature of our custom, made to order business we are unable to offer refunds at this time

Exchanges - We accept exchanges on eligible items within seven (7) days of receipt for all pieces returned to us in their original packaging and in their original, unworn condition. The customer will be responsible for insuring the package and shipping the item back to us.

Returns - To initiate an exchange, you can contact us at info@tamsinrasor.com If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please include your original receipt and written reason for the exchange in your package.

Re-sizing - We offer a ring and necklace re-sizing service starting at $75 per item. Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance fees. Please email info@tamsinrasor.com to enquire about this for your TAMSIN RASOR jewelry

Damages and issues -  inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue for you.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items  - All custom, bespoke, custom engraved or custom sized pieces and gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged.  All sale and discounted items are considered final sale and no exchanges will be given.
