All items are made to order in New York City, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery to domestic US.

As items are made to order, ALL sales are FINAL - no refunds or exchanges will be given.

We insure all of our packages and always require a signature for orders over $500. Please make sure you choose an address for delivery where someone is available to sign for it.

We offer complimentary 2-3 day shipping on orders over $500 in the domestic US. All other shipping is calculated at checkout.

If you would like rush or overnight please email us and let us know when you place your order and we are happy to accommodate where we can.

If you are in the state of New York (USA) and you make a purchase, NY state sales tax will be added at checkout

Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 7-10 days from the ship date.

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.

By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We adhere to all international import/export laws.

Always remove jewelry before washing hands, sleeping, showering, working out or swimming.

Clean with warm water and drop of liquid washing detergent and a soft bristled brush. Pat dry with soft clean cloth.

Do not use harsh abrasives especially on softer stones like emeralds, opals and pearls.
